Quality Control

We have quality control checks and equipment in place for the precision production of welded parts and components, no matter of your project volume.

Our welding department utilises quality control technology including automatic machine stops, weld count sensors and limiters, and weld coupon analysis to ensure our welds meet standards. We also use NVS (nut verification systems) to check nut weld quality.

Kiyokuni takes pride in maintaining our exacting standards and providing peace of mind in the quality and performance of products for customers; we’re able to do this through our accredited service and investments into the latest quality control systems and welding equipment.
