Kiyokuni’s Technical Engineers offer a proactive service to enable customers to achieve the best possible quality from competitively priced tooling.
All tooling projects are planned using Microsoft project software and customers can use this to monitor progress from initial concept to final tryout and approval.
Tools are designed using sophisticated Solid Edge 3D software, which is capable of directly uploading customer drawings in IGES format saving time and the possibility of error in translation of the data.
Tool manufacture is carried out using an Ohtori machining centre, supported by Wire EDM, Milling and Grinding machines.
All Tooling is maintained through a TPM Program to either pre-agreed levels or volume driven Programs.
