For mid volume pressings and to support our progression presses, Kiyokuni Europe Limited operates a range of manual presses with capacities from 80 tons to 200 tons. These are grouped in two press lines where multistage operations can be undertaken consecutively thus reducing the need for multiple handling of parts and improving the flexibility of Kiyokuni Europe Limited to respond quickly to urgent customer requirements. The “Tandem” press line consists of three 110 ton presses and five 80 ton presses which can operate together in any required combination of machines to suit part requirements. The “200” ton line consists of ten 200 ton presses, which can operate again together in any required combination from a single machine undertaking one operation to all ten machines operating together. |
