Kiyokuni Europe has recently invested £1 million in state of the art equipment for the production of low volume and prototype pressings. The equipment includes an Amada EM2510 CNC Turret Punch with automatic loading facilities and an Amada Flying Optic Laser cutting machine, capable of handling material of up to 20 mm thick. These two machines are supported by three Amada Press Brakes ranging in capacity from 30 tons to 80 tons for secondary bending operations including a Poke Yoke Sensor System. This equipment has its own dedicated design facilities from which the programmes to run the machines can be generated. Parts can be produced in volumes ranging from 1 upwards. |
