Kiyokuni Europe Limited has facilities
for production of high volume pressed
parts using full or part progression
techniques.

The company has 6 progression presses ranging in size from 110 ton to 300 ton
capable of producing parts in batch
sizes of up to 500,000 per month.

Parts are usually produced by a full progression process from the raw
material coil to finished parts in one
multi-stage operation but if necessary
we have a full range of secondary
processing equipment which
complements the progression presses.

We also have a range of Pronic In-Die
Tapping Units allowing automated
tapping of between M3 and M6.

Coil material in thicknesses of up to 4mm and widths of up to 800mm can be handled.

The presses are fed by overhead cranes which speed up the changeover process
to maximize our production capacity
and enable us to respond quickly to
customer requirements.
